With over beverage machine three years of development culminating in the latest patent-pending technology, the Company will change the way people buy and consume cold beverages. The Company presents an all-in-one solution for virtually all cold beverage needs in a Carbonated and household. The innovative new technology can be used to create single-serve non-carbonated cold beverages in a variety of carbonated or non-carbonated drinks, such as alternatives sodas, soft drinks, iced teas, functional drinks, iced coffees, and juices. The Company is seeking to raise an initial round of $725 thousand in Funding Needed equity financing for additional research and development, device tooling, product development, web design, marketing, and G&A expenses.
